CAUTION
Reset will take some time to complete. Make sure your system is connected to power and will not be turned off during the reset.
SOLUTION
Follow these steps to reset Windows 8:
From the login screen, click the power icon in the lower right corner of the screen.
By pressing SHIFT, click Restart.
Click Troubleshooting.
Click Reset your PC.
Click Next.
The system will reboot and prepare Resetting the PC.
Á the display Reset your PC, click Crush my files.
Click Reset.
