Depending on the software version you use (personally I use the latest version of avast program), go and open the program from the icon near the clock, then went to Maintenance is click on Remote Assistance (see image below) for the left-most option Allow Rmote Controle, must run in the event if you want to control your computer, another person enough to furnish sidahr PIN you after clicking the Ask for assistance and allow ... If you would like to control the computer remotely, you must click on Computer being Remote Controle code you enter the person whom you so that you can finally control the computer.
